Holiday | Disneyland Paris - Day Three

Wednesday 28th October

Ivy Wears: Little Bird Yellow Sleeveless Cardi, Jojo Maman Bebe Tee, Boden Pinafore

After the glorious sunshine of Day 2, we sadly woke up to our one patch of rain on Wednesday morning but it certainly didn't dampen our spirits as we were up super early to breaskfast with the main man himself, Mickey Mouse. We had an hour to eat, meet and greet which meant we got into the park before general admission had headed straight for a go on Buzz Lightyear's Laser Blast which certainly became our favourite ride of the week (even if I was completely shafted by my mama)

Top Tip: If you're staying in a Disney Hotel, you are allowed access to the parks at 8am, 2 hours before the general public and this is well worth getting up for. However, lots of the rides don't open until 10am. Use this time to get on the rides that tend to have the longest queues as seen on the Disneyland App as explained in Day Two's Top Tip

Having spent all day in the Disneyland Park on Day Two, we were keen to get into the newer Disney Studios Park for the first time. We got on Aladdin's Flying Carpets before nap time which I made the most of and got on my first big ride, the Rock,n,Roller Coaster. We made our way round to the Toy Story Playland which looked fab for kids just a little older than Ivy then experienced the Backlot Special Effects Tour before a good shop in the Disney Village then residing back to the hotel room for an hour's chill. I loved the extra park, but a it was little bit lost on Ivy this time around and I can't wait to take her back when she's a little older

The morning's weather may have scared some visitors off and when we checked the app, queue times were tiny to we headed back into the Disneyland Park mid-afternoon and rode two of our favourites, Pirates Of The Caribbean and The Hanuted Mansion before dinner.

Top Tip: Get to the Disney Village for Dinner at around 5/5.30 if possible. The main parade finishes at approximately 6pm and after then, the queues to get into all the restaurants is mental! We managed to this by accident at Annette's Diner on Day One but planned it in for tonight's Rainforest Cafe Meal and didn't wait at all! but it quickly filled up around us.

We spent our final evening in the Rainforest Cafe having the best meal we'd had all week (by far) and celebratory margheritas! Ivy was more than content with the 'Ooo-ooo' we had above our table too so we all went to bed one very happy family
